How To Use The Sling Shot

What can the Sling Shot do for you?

The Sling Shot is a supportive upper body device that allows you to handle more weight while bench pressing. The Sling Shot can assist in pushups and dips as well. The Sling Shot will allow you to handle about a 10% overload in the bench press while avoiding the pain that comes along with pushing your body to the limit. The Sling Shot can assist any athlete looking to increase upper body strength. The Sling Shot mimics natural muscle movement, by lengthening and shortening with the muscles thus giving support on the eccentric and concentric phase of a bench press. This effect can greatly reduce stress on the shoulders, elbows, and chest.

WARNING:
The Sling Shot is meant to be worn in front of the body and is for upper body use only. For best use, the Sling Shot should fit securely over the lower bicep and elbow.
Always use a spotter when using the Sling Shot. The use of wrist wraps when bench pressing with the Sling Shot is highly recommended. The Sling Shot is NOT a spotting device. Power Products is not responsible for damage to Sling Shots due to misuse.
Please consult a physician before beginning any diet or exercise program.
We do not recommend you lift any weight that you are unfamiliar with. The Sling Shot is not responsible for injury/damage that comes from incompetent overload. Wearing a Sling Shot that is too small may be dangerous and is not recommended. Please note that if you cannot put the Sling Shot on by yourself, then it is too small! Power products does not accept responsibility for injuries that arise from misuse, expressly those that come from wearing the incorrect size.
